Regional Mufti of Ruse Yudzhel Hyusnyu held official meetings with municipal mayors in Ruse district

After the mayors in Ruse district took the oath the Regional Mufti of Ruse made official visits and meetings with municipal mayors in his entrusted region.

The first meeting was with the newly elected mayor of the Municipality of Ruse Pencho Milkov. The meeting was a sign of respect and goodwill. Hyusnyu congratulated the Mayor of Ruse for his election. During the meeting the Mufti was accompanied by the imam of the city of Ruse Ibazer Ibazerov and by Nedzhmetin Nedzhmiev – expert from “Waqf” Department. The two employees of Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse officially got acquainted with the mayor of the city and wished him health and success during his mandate.

During their visit to the Municipality of Ruse the Regional Mufti Yudzhel Hyusnyu informed the Mayor Milkov about the life of the Muslim community and the situation of the Muslim temples in the region. Milkov expressed his gratitude for the presented information and shared his positive attitude to the future cooperation with the mufti’s office in Ruse. 

The Regional Mufti held official meetings also with the newly elected and re-elected mayors of the municipalities of Vetovo, Dve mogili, Slivo pole and Borovo. During his visit Yudzhel Hyusnyu offered his most sincere wishes to the mayors for successful and fruitful mandates. He took the opportunity to inform the hosts about the life of the local Muslims in Ruse region, expressing his desire and readiness on behalf of Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse for cooperation with the managements of the municipalities.
