Regional Mufti’s Office – Montana and the local Muslim Board of Trustees in preparation for the spring season

The action for cleaning the yard and cultivating the fruit trees in the yard of the mosque in Vidin “Osman Pazvantoglu”

Regional Mufti of Montana Nedzhati Ali and representatives of the local Muslim Board of Trustees joined during the last weekend in the initiative for cleaning the yard of the mosque “Osman Pazvantoglu” in Vidin. We would like to recall that exactly in Vidin is the headquarters of Regional Mufti’s Office – Montana. The initiators pruned the existing fruit trees in the yard of the mosque, cleaned and refined the lawns and prepared the plants for the upcoming spring season.

Meanwhile continues also the religious activities of Regional Mufti’s Office – Montana during the winter period. The Regional Mufti of Montana Nedzhati Ali carries out regular visits to the mosques in the region, organizes meeting with the representatives of the Muslim communities in the settlements where winter religious talks take place. The religious lectures cover a variety of topics related to education in family, relations with neighbors, attitude and respect towards elderly people, and of course the focus is on educating the younger generation and how it to be an example for the society. Often after the religious talks discussions also take place, within which are addressed current and pressing problems of the participants, related to their daily life and lifestyle.

The Regional Mufti of Montana Nedzhati Ali officially presented the awards to the three finalists from the region in the competition of Grand Mufti’s Office “The Mosque in My Life”. They participated and ranked in “Drawing” category.
