Awards for the employees from “Municipal guards” – Plovdiv
The employees from “Municipal guards” Georgi Borisov and Rangel Zhelyazkov received prizes on behalf of the Muslim community in Plovdiv for their quick and professional reaction in the early hours of 6th of January, 2015 during the attempt for arson of Dzhumaya mosque. The awards were presented by Ahmed Pehlivan, chairman of Mosque’s board of trustees– Plovdiv. A special order and a certificate of gratitude was given also on behalf of the regional association of the Union of the Bulgarian Journalists “Evropres” Plovdiv to the Director of “Municipal guards” Mr. Aleksandar Staykov.
