Delegation from Bulgaria visited the International Islamic University in Amman, Jordan

During its several-day visit to the Kingdom of Jordan the delegation from the Republic of Bulgaria, led by the Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi visited the International Islamic University in the capital city Amman. The visit took place on January 29 (Wednesday), 2020 and the group from Bulgaria was welcomed by the Rector of the higher educational institution and representatives of the management.

During the held meeting the rector of the university presented the important place of the Faculty of Islamic Art and Architecture, which is exactly one of the two main foundations that built the Islamic civilization.

The management of the International Islamic University in Amman expressed its readiness to cooperate with the Higher Islamic Institute in Bulgaria, by assisting the candidates from Bulgaria with providing the opportunity for learning Arabic language and specialization in the various specialties offered in the university. The two parties discussed also the conclusion of an official agreement between the two higher educational institutions for implementation of student exchange and cooperation in the scientific researches.

The International Islamic University in the capital of Jordan, Amman, trains students for the entire world, and is famous for the functioning at it various departments for studying religious law in the different schools of thought. The institution provides the opportunity for more comprehensive study of the schools of thought and for understanding the methodologies of the scholars as well as for the adequate presentation of religion nowadays, meeting the new challenges.
